Our dear friend, Sara, made this for both of us at a lunch 6 years ago and it's something that we both still remember. It's just that good. We adapted it slightly here by using a different kind of dough, but we were both so happy with how it turned out!
Our kids loved it and it was a refreshing change to add into our dinner rotation. Chicken, cheese, red bell pepper, and seasonings get stuffed into a Rhodes loaf and baked until golden.
We're sharing the recipe here today
